Lady Nicole Sears is a wife, leader, and visionary who radiates strength, wisdom, and compassion. Serving alongside her husband, Suffragan Bishop James Sears Jr., she stands as a pillar at Praise and Deliverance Apostolic Church in Columbia, SC.
My Work
Nicole leads conferences, retreats, and community gatherings designed to pour back into those who spend their lives pouring into others. With a background in social work and training in grief and trauma counseling, she blends compassion with practical tools that help women rise above life’s challenges.
Lifelong Learner
Nicole holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Union University and continues to grow in her calling as a servant-leader, mentor, and speaker.

As founder of THRIVE Women’s Ministry and Broken Crayons Still Color, Nicole creates safe spaces for women to heal, grow, and embrace their God-given purpose. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to support, encourage, and empower women from all walks of life.
